It from "salt the roads" country, so I'd take special care to check for rust on the frame...which was about the only weakness these little trucks ever suffered from, if it's okay, then NP.

I had an '81 in cream white with a 22R & manual tranny, otherwise identical spec (but in much worse shape). I had no idea these could be had with an automatic. Do not want.
Even if it were a manual, the price is a bit steep for what it is. Maybe $1200-$1500, tops. Even though it has (I'm assuming) much less than average rust for a MI Toyota of that vintage, it's still way too rusty to be a looker without some major work. So, it's a driver. A 33 y/o driver with a (I presume) 3-speed slushbox mated to a malaise-era carbureted-and-smogged 1.8L.

$2k for a drivable Toyota pickup with non-mechanical/frame/title issues?

But it was really the plaid seats that did it for me.
